Dr. Rose and the entire staff are amazing people. I have worked around several vets as a professional dog groomer, and Dr. Rose is one of the most patient and kind veterinarians I have ever met. I usually have tons of questions and everyone is helpful, informative, and patient. I truly appreciate the level of care they provide for my kids.

Everyone here is great. They worked with me on my bill till I could get my pay check b/c an emergency arose with my other pet that required EVERY CENT of my savings to be spent@ the emergency clinic in Havelock. They didn't turn me away b/c I couldn't pay right then. Dr Rose ALWAYS takes his time & explains things very thoroughly & answer ALL of my questions. I will never take my pets anywhere else. (Except in an emergency, of course, if they are closed) the staff is wonderful, very knowledgeable & kind. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FUR-BABY CLINIC!
Dr. Rose treats you and your pet like family. He really cares and it's obvious.
I have a New Bern address and live almost in Havelock. I drive 30 minutes and pass other animal hospitals to bring my animals to Dr. Rose. Needless to say, we love bringing our animals here and have been for 10 years! Don't let the couple of negative comments deter you. No-one is perfect and Jesus Christ cannot please everyone! There's always 2 sides to every story, and unfortunately it is unethical for Dr. Rose or his staff to defend themselves on a review.
